DEPRESSION - WHAT EEG NEUROFEEDBACK TREATMENT HAS DONE FOR ME IN A WEEK

DAY 1

I was in very poor health upon arriving in St Albans on Wednesday 29th May and felt highly stressed, nervous, mentally weak and unable to believe that I would ever be able to cope with a job and mixing with people - nobody seemed to understand what I was going through, least of all doctors. I was sick and tired of being bombarded with drugs, etc and being sent by uncaring, obtuse GP's to patronising psychiatrists who insisted that my ‘problems' were of my own making and insuated that the real problem was that I was a weak man- this made my blood boil.

EEG Neurofeedback treatment represented a final desperate attempt to sort out problems that had cost me my health, career and happiness. It amazed me, then, that the first day's treatment made me feel clear headed and calm - this was like a breath of fresh air.

DAY 2/3

Treatment made me feel far less nervous - I was able to talk to people in an easy going way for the first time in years.

DAY 4

An acutely painful mental state which had always made my life a misery was removed entirely by one treatment session - stopping it in its tracks.

DAY 5

My personality changed for the better. For the first time I felt that I actually wanted to talk to people.

DAY 6/7

I became more relaxed and confident, more like the strong, loving man I knew myself to be. The horrible sensation of being cut off from the world grew weaker, my surroundings took on a comforting, down to earth quality.

MY FUTURE

My fears and doubts have proved to be groundless. My health and life have been transformed by Dr Kaur who really does know how to help people like me. I can't believe I was ready to give up only a week ago.
